Anna Powell Real Estate e-signing
We collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, transaction documents, electronic signatures, and signing audit data (timestamps, IP address, device/browser, and signing events) to run real estate transactions and electronic signing of transaction documents.
How we use it
Transaction coordination (scheduling and transaction updates), operating the client portal and website, responding to your requests, security, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, hosting and our SMS delivery provider), with parties to a transaction as needed to coordinate it, or as required by law — always subject to the text messaging exclusion above.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the transaction and our legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. SMS opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor opt-outs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and access is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email anna@apowellrealestate.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13.
